error 1305

Im trying to install office 2000 on my computer and Im getting error 1305
D:/Pfiles/MsOffice/Template/1033/Assets.MDZ . My using WinXp
 
Can you choose to skip the file?

CAUSE
This issue may occur if one of the following conditions are true:
a.. There is a configuration issue with the CD-ROM drive.
b.. The MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) is damaged or is not
installed properly.
c.. There is an issue with the CD-ROM media. For example, the program
CD-ROM is damaged or dirty.
