error 128 and rebbot...

hi,
When the pc boots, i receive the following message : "...services.exe
terminated unexpectedly with status code 128..." and the system shuts down
after 60s.
The explanations here http://www.jsifaq.com/SUBN/tip6500/rh6520.htm did
nothing for me.
More informations would be welcome... (sorry for my poor english).
 
Could be a virus - check Google for "services.exe" and "virus",
and also for "services.exe" and "worm".
