Windows Vista Error 1231 . . . Vista Frustrated!!!

Heh,
I have been trying to uninstall a trial version of Adobe CS2Illustator and each time I get the following message. Error 1321. Installer Insufficient priviledges to modify File. C:\Programdata\adobe\updater\cers\illustrator.cer

I have tried right clicking on the Icon to ensure I am administrator. Other than that does anyone have any suggestions? Adobe I'm sure would love me just to buy it . . .

hmmm. . . I tried this and still got the same message is there some hidden administrator or something that I'm not getting?
