Error 1068

I'm trying to hook up my printer, which is a Lexmark z65, after upgrading to windows xp from windows millenium. Best Buy did the upgrade and now I'm trying to do the download for my printer and it's saying the printer driver spool isn't working. I'm getting an error1068 after going in to the control panels and the printer spooler section and trying to do the "start".

Can you help me?

Go to control panel>admin tools>services and check to

see if printer spool is set to automatic if not click on
properties and change the setting, good luck also check
the "dependantaies" for that service. for a complete
listing of services and what they are for go here.
