Error 101

Whenever I try to run Microsoft AntiSpyware or the
updater I get an "error 101" that says if this error
persists I must contact tech. suppport. I did and I was
redirected here. Does anyone have a solution to this
error?

DID YOU RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE OR ASSISTANCE RE YOUR
PROBLEM AS I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE.
