Error 101

After installing, I attempted to run the program but
received "Fatal Error 101" and it told me to contact some
strange e-mail address. Any ideas on what is causing this?
Perhaps a needed service running (I tweaked the services,
so it could be)

I'm getting the exact same error. It dies on my computer
at the office (on a Novell network), but runs fine on my
machine at home. Both W2K-SP2.
