ERROR 101

Luis,

Can you try the following steps and reply back if it takes care of the
problem?

Open up control panel and double-click on add/remove programs.
Select Microsoft AntiSpyware
Select "Change"
On the Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard, click next.
On the next screen (Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard) select Update
Microsoft AntiSpyware and click next.
Select Install
Let the product update.
Click Finish.

I got the same Error when the software tries to load. I
tried the steps you mentioned and the error did not get
fixed. is there something else to try?

Can you try restarting in safe mode, seeing if the program will load and
function properly in that mode, then restarting normally, and checking
again. Some have found this process works for them.

I tried change a few times and it did not work. Then I
read about making a short cut of gcasDtServ file on the
desk top and tried to run it from there. It ended up
with placing a number of files on the desktop which I
deleted and then.... Hey Presto... the bloody thing
worked ok.
