B Bill Sanderson Jun 20, 2005 #4 Can you say what version of Windows this is with? Have you tried sending the errors.log file to (e-mail address removed)? Use subject header: error 101--Microsoft fix did not work. I don't think you'll get a response, but perhaps it will help them refine the fix.
