but no feedback yet

I had this problem today. Fauly windows boot up when
Norton Internet Security did not load. On reboot NIS
loaded fine and problem vanished. Could be any firewall-
type-problem though. Norton might be able to help if
you're using NIS (or your firewall provider). If you're
not then I've no idea, sorry.
