Error (0x80070057)

Sending reported error (0x800070057): ‘could not complet the operation. One or moe parameter values are not valid.
Does anybody know what the above line means. I can't find out how to fix it. Please help. It's a very annoying error message that pops up on Outlook.

What version of Outlook are you using, and what are you doing when this message pops up?

I am using Outlook 2003, also running Windows XP. All I do is let the box up. If I close of the box, then it just pops up again when outlook goes to the server to check for email, but if I leave the box there and minimize it it just stays there.
