Error 0x80070002

when i want start scanning in Windows Defender
i recive an error that blocks me from starting to scan !!!
the error number is 0x80070002 as in this picture in this link :

if the picture is anacceptable way to view our problems then i am sorry for
viewing it !!

Hi here is similar.

Every night when scheduled update should run or after I tried manual update,
an error occurs. It's on every machine.
