Error 0x80010534

I've just downloaded the latest version, but it still don't want to work.
I'm running a french version of W2k SP4 with all the windows updates
installed 'til today.
I've no idea what's going around.
 
Same here for Win2K PT_BR SP4 + all updates.
Installed ok, but can't run neither update.
