Windows XP Error: 0x7c910f29

This error occurs each time I start my PC. I have ran a recommended RAM test to check if I have any damaged RAM. All as ok. The test was ran overnite.

I have an HP desktop w/ 1024 RAM. Operating system is Windows XP Media Center edition.

The error does not seem to cause any other problems except it is very annoying.

Any advice or can you provide a fix?

(It will say what caused it in the box somewhere)

Its one of two things, bad memory, or some kind of misbehaving malware infection.

I suggest downloading, updating and running in safe mode;

Spybot www.safer-networking.org

Another good one to run is Trend Micro;

Let me guess..... the file that causes this is ehRec.exe ?
