error "08x80004003"

I have more than 5 computers and in each one of them i keep having the same
error. The program keeps asking me to scan my computer but whenever i try to
the error appears.
Windows Defender encounter an error:0x80004003. Invalid Pointer.
The program seems to work fine once in a while but no consistenly.
Is there an unknown patch for it. Mine is completely updated but does not
work properlu, or should I just uninstall.
