Windows XP error 0*00002e1

Ihave a machine running on win 2003 server and gives me a message Directory service can not start.Error status0*00002e1. Reboot into directory services restore mode.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT

My problem still persist even after doing what one member(muckshifter) has asked me to do from http://support.microsoft.com/?id=258062 site.
Somebody else can assist please.
