erroneous lines when printing a form

When printing a for I'm getting horiz. lines and small boxes showing up. I
can't find them to get rid of them. Any idea where they might be coming
from. They don't show up on the form in design or form view nor on a print
preview, but only when printed to paper????

Forms are designed for onscreen viewing - NOT for printing.

Save your Form as a Report, and print the Report instead.
