Erro message saying memory dumping...

I'm using Win2000 Pro NT on online. AFter two hr online, the screen
turned into all blue and on white texts saying about error on memory
dumping...I'm not sure this is physical memory error or just application
error. The initial setup memory checking reported no error message.
It does not happen soon when I turn on win2000, after using while the error
got shown up. It happened about two or three time....
