Err Msg: There was a problem logging onto your mail server...

....your username or password was rejected. Server Response: 'ERR-Unknown user or incorrect password.' (Account: '(e-mail address removed)',POP3 Server:'mail.xxx.com',Error Number:0x800ccc92).

For some reason, as of today, all email for one domain receives this message. First I am prompted for the username and password and if I enter them, I keep getting the same dialog box. If I click "Cancel," I get the error message above. I have changed nothing in the Outlook program. The only thing that has changed, though, is that my web host just changed my domain's IP address. Could this be causing the problem? I have tried to remove one of the email accounts and re-enter all info from scratch, but that didn't do it.... Please advise! Thank you in advance.
 
Sounds like an account problem to me. I suggest you call your service provider.

sounds like you dont have it set up properly ,retype your username,and password plus other main option in mail
i.e pop6 or 3 smtp....., if every thing looks ok, do a file system check on your disk, undr my computer, then on
disk c: rigth click, properties etc,,,,, if still prob email me at (e-mail address removed)(remember the . after ian
