i cant spell good and stuff but her i go

you know the neat visual effects displayed by M$ media
player when plasying music will... i want to cover the
screen with the effect to do this i want the player ontop
at all times and transparent.

but to pass the mouse events to the other windows behined
im a little in the dark i hope this helps

Opps I posted in the wrong place..

I should rexplain what i was trying to say.

I am working on a program that will allows a user to have
control of a window that is behind a 50% opaque window.

An example of this would be to have a 50% opaque Windows
Media Player(WMP) visualization in the foreground, and
Internet Explorer open in the background.

I would like the user to be able to surf the web while
having the visual effects of MWP overlaying the page.

The real question is how can i program this to send the
click event to Internet Explorer rather than WMP while WMP
is on top and covering the web page?

*Note: I do not intend it to pertain to these specific
programs, they are merely used as examples.
