erasing old subjects?

How do I erase earlier appointments in my calendar? I dont want to erase them
one and one for the whole last year, and they are using a lot of unneccesary
space when I syncronize my cell-phone.
 
Set your cell phone to sync only the last 2 weeks of your calendar.
