erasing e-mails in exchange server

There is no need to reset the user's password - just give yourself access to
the user's folders while wearing the administrator's hat.

Exchange doesn't work like that. All user mailbox data is stored in a
file called PRIV.EDB - that is a database with calendar, contacts, mail,
journal etc. I know of no way to parse it and get at individual mailboxes,
let alone individual mail. If I need to that, I just reset the user's
password, login as them and access their mail through Outlook or Outlook
Express. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
