erasing a dialler

Somehow a dialler (erox)has cropped up and installed
itself on C:
All my efforts to erase it do not help.How can I get rid
off this dialler

Use Spybot @ http://security.kolla.de

It's the best one so far I've come across.

I use it in conjunction with Spywareblaster and Adaware.
