This has nothing to do with Windows XP. Refer to the Panasonic Camcorder
manual or look on their tech support site.

Buy a bulk eraser or read the documentation that came with your camera.
 
I will have to Buy a bulk eraser as the documentation that came with my
camera has no mention of erase the tape. It only has erase / format / the
memory card. Thanks
