I saved a very large file to CD-R, but when I tried to access it, I find
that the file is damaged. Can anyone recommend a utility to repair the
file, if it's possible to? The disc itself wasn't damaged; the data was
just burned screwy or it got like that within the past couple of months
(which, I think, is doubtful).
The best proven way is to take the cd and
place it in some type of wood or metal
box. Take a speaker magnet and place it in
the box with the speaker. Bury the box 2 to 3
feet deep in your back yard and wait for the earth
vibrations to work it's majic and heal your
cd files. It usually takes 3 months. If it doesn't
work the first time keep it up until it does.
The earth is your best friend and many other things
can be healed by burying them in your backyard.
It's ancient shamanic mysticism that has worked for
the ancients and works for modern man also. Some
also state the more full moons that shine on your
back yard the faster you cd will heal. Some new-agers
also say placing a 6 foot wood pyramid frame
in the exact shape of the Great Pyramid of Giza
Egypt over the spot will also help to speed up the
natural earth vibrations. Good luck and Ashoweoth
Inhometh Ashitai. This is ancient Sumarian for
"May the earth mother shine her pretty face on you."
