It's lurking off in the top left, halfway off the slide. If you have a black
background, you won't be able to see it.
It's a drawing object: you won't be able to attach it to a paragraph. You'll
have to animate equation series line by line (really object by object).
You'll want to set the font to around 44 pt and it will pixelate.
There are printing issues. I haven't tried yet, but I'll bet that there are
html issues.
MathType has the same problems with PowerPoint, though it's a dream to use
with Word. However MathType does let you save preference files with your
font changes.
Nonetheless, if you do all of the work, you will have powerful documents.
I've done well by setting up one slide, then duplicating the slide and
editing all of the paragraphs.
It's a pain in the neck, but it's the easiest thing that I've come up with.
