No, but you might be able to get the printer to work on a third-party print
server...depending on your network and how the printer port is accessed. The
3200, because it has a scanner, was not intended to be a network device so
the drivers are not included.
Networking scanners is a bit different than printers and requires a specific
driver. There simply isn't a network driver for the scanner on these
machines.
Some Epson scanners/multies can be networked but not sure what ones...
