epson stylus color 860 trouble

My Epson color 860 is having problems getting the heads cleaned with
the available utility. I have been using the refill kits for almost 2
years now with no problems but now the heads don't seem to get clean
enough to prevent loss of various colors. From what I understand the
print heads may be able to be cleaned according to one local shop. Any
thoughts on what I should do or where to take it for service in
Houston? Thanks.

BUT YOU HAVE ONE NOW AND THAT IS THE REASON

GO BUY A CANON AND USE OEM INK

Don't listen to the childish resident troll who can't find the cap lock
key and talks in rhymes. Instead of sending if for cleaning try running
a cleaning cartridge from MIS ink supply.
