epson stylus 800 color

hello,
epson 800 (windows95B) JUST got the printer to print again (blocked
heads) and now gives gpfs involving 2 of its *.dlls
i reInstalled the epson s/w / printer...
the error also states that something is ?wrong? (alludes to) the
spooling disc / directory
i had changed it to something way back (not win\temp) and would like to
know if there is any way to tell where it's spooling now?

windows 95B

under options | default spool directory... (in spool manager) it just shows c
and below all the directories with no indication of which it's spooling to

Hi Tanya,

I apologize for taking so long to reply. I missed your reply to my queries.

If the spool directory only indicates C:, then the driver is spooling on
the root directory of the C: drive. If you want it to spool to a
specific folder, either make a new folder and point the spool directory
to that folder, or use a folder already made, and do the same, in each
case while in the spool manager. You can change both the drive you
choose to use and the folder.
