EPSON STATUS MONITOR 3

Just found this WONDERFUL site so making the most of it. sorry... When I
print sometimes it shows on the screen EPSON STATUS MONITOR 3. why would it
monitor 3 when this puter is on it''s own, not connected to another ?

This is an Epson program that monitors and reports the health and status
of an attached epson printer. It's nice but can be a pain in the a**.
