Hi All -

Forgive me if there's an easy solution to the following but if there is, I
haven't found it:

When scanning DVD's (the round color label only) my Epson 1670 scanner
automatically squares off (removes) about 1/4 inch of each of the round
edges by default. Even if I put it directly in the center or even two dvd's
in the scanning bed, it will still square off the edges at the top and
bottom.

Anyone have an idea as to how to get the full label? Is there a setting on
automatic I'm missing?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts/ideas/solutions ...

There probably isn't a setting on automatic but, when it starts to scan,
press cancel and then select manual mode. When that opens, press the
preview button and then just drag and drop the scan area you want or
press the autocrop button. Hit the magnify preview button if you want
to adjust it more precisely. When the crop is set as you want it, then
just press scan. Afterwards, press the "Full Auto Mode" button,
followed by "Close" if you want to return the scanner to yucky automagic
mud. ;-)

Thanks Kennedy - That did it !

Sincerely appreciate you taking your valuable time to help !!
