Which media type would I select to print Avery CD labels (matte and
glossy)? "Photo Quality Inkjet"?

Thanks very much,

Emily

I would use the glossy photo paper setting for the glossy labels, and one of
the matte paper settings for the matte labels.

I have a "Photo Quality Glossy Film" setting and a "Photo Paper"
setting; would I use the former for glossy labels and the latter for
matte labels?

Yes, I would think that should work. If you have trouble printing the glossy
label with the glossy setting, try the regular photo paper setting on the
glossy labels. The matte labels should print ok with both of those settings.

Down in the media forum would be the place for printing issues regarding CD
labels and such things. And if you decide to buy a newer printer for any
reason, don't get rid of the 740. It can be modified for a different use. And
then no more sticky labels! Follow the path and you will see, I'm in the
forums every day, plus a lot of other people to help too.
