Epson printer problem (Photo 750)

I haven't used this printer for a few months and now certain colours aren't
printing. It isn't asking for new cartridges and nozzle cleaning doesn't
solve the problem either. I can't get it to move the print head to the side
to replace the cartridges either. Anyone got any useful ideas? TIA.

For many Epsons simply holding the paper infeed button for about 3 seconds
will get the head to move into cartridge change position.

You may not need to replace the cartridges. The problem may just be a
clogged head or the underside may have built up too much ink residue.
