EPSON print don't print..

hello
I have an EPSON stylus photo 870 but it doesn't print anymore.
The ink light is on (color ink) as soon as I put on th eprint , but I havez
take a new one inside and a new black ink too.
The comuter say that there is no communication possible with the print but
the cable are Ok and I know that is the print isn't OK

1. Make sure there is nothing left in the printer queue from the time the
ink ran out. Open your printer in Control Panel, and if there are any
documents pending, check "cancel all documents" and wait.
2. Try removing the new ink cartridges, put them back, turn everything off
and then on again.

Have you tried un-installing the Epson printer software, deleting the
printer from hardware and starting the printer installation from scratch
again? If you have all the original disks, it shouldn't take too long to
try.
