Ive just got some of those epson photo sticker sheets (both the sheets with
the 16 small stickers and the ones with 4 big stickers per sheet)

But when ever i print onto it with Photo Quicker 3.2 it prints the image to
big (about 2.5mm oversized on all sides), ive tried the layout options and
the oversizing is set to none, and tried setting it to crop the image and
also to fit the image to size (the image on the computer is basicly the
exact scale of the photostickers) but it still oversizing too mich which is
what i dont want it to do.

Anyone know how to stop it doing this, or know of a better program for
printing on the photosticker sheets. (tried photo factory but that dosent
let me print one image at a time and will only print a full sheet of the
same image

The printer driver is making the image bigger for a reason. If it tried to
print the image exactly the right size you would get registration problems
(eg the sticker at the top of the sheet might be ok but by the time you get
to the bottom row the alignment would be out). There are several reasons -
one is that paper changes it's dimensions slightly as the humidity changes.
Printing slightly oversize is the standard way of dealing with this.

You could try adding a white 2.5mm border around your image using MSPaint or
similar. That way when the driver scales the image to the sticker plus 2.5mm
the result will be close to what you want.

You could try a Label Printing Package such as Avery Designer Pro.
sometimes they give the software away with the labels on some
promotions.

Most have a vast built in library of standard labels for C.D's, Audio,
VHS etc. or you customise your own quite easily.

They prompt for Page size, label size, Vert. & Horiz. pitch, Left,
Right, Top and Bottom margins and bingo away you go.

You can also orientate text & Images and host of other goodies.

Once you see how quick and easy it is you end up with labels on
everything. The transparent labels are really useful for putting your
Identity on all your equipment as the background colour shows through.

These stickers are the biggest pain in the arse. They are changing the
sheets, position, and number on the sheet and size regularly. Not to
mention some have a slippery surface that slips in the printer.

I have wasted more sheets than used, because of problems trying to set
them up and get them through the printer right.

One day they'll figure these things out, until them I refuse to waste
time money and ink on this crap. Just forget stickers.
