Epson Perfection 3170 Photo
When I hit the "Scan and Save" button to scan a photo I get the
initial splash screen that shows "Ver 122A" - that is only for a
moment and then NOTHING. Only a momentary display of the program
splash screen.
The program is apparently attempting to load but then fail.

My "Copy" works just fine - hate to reinstall and screw things up that
does work.
It worked just fine before.

Any suggestions?
Google got me nothing.

Remember having similar problems. Had moved to a different USB socket.
I let XP reinstall drivers.
If that doesnt work reinstall should be fine as I have reinstalled,
sorry cant remeber why I did.
But get latest drivers from epson web site.
