I just placed several orders from the Epson on-line store and my codes
from the lawsuit settlement were accepted.

June 20th is when they become active (AFAIK)

They are already active.
My 2 orders were placed, the codes were accepted and the orders have
already been shipped. I should be receiving my shipments tomorrow.

I received an e-mail on 5-5-2007 re: the "Notice of E-Store Code
Activation" - but when and how should I have received the codes? I
have no record of ever having received them?

Thanks.

You should receive a letter titled
APPROVED CLAIM NOTICE & EPSON STORE CODE.
This will have a 10-digit numerical code you can enter into your order
from the Epson store.
You can contact Epson to find out about your claim at 877 506-4031.

Good luck with your claim!

Neither of mine work at this time.
My three settlement documents containing the code state specifically
that..."Codes will be active as of June 20, 2007, valid for 12 months,
and are redeemable at www.epson.com".
I got the same info from Epson via phone call I made to them.

Mine say the same thing, however when I input the codes into my order
they were already active and were accepted. This happened several days
ago.
Enough about this.

just one more...when mine become active I will have to split the order
for my R340 because you can only use one code per.

Yeah, but let us know when they arrive, ok?
Thanks

Here's a copy of the shipping confirmation I received by email.
It went out on Wednesday 6/13/07 and my $45 credit was applied towards
the purchase price. They don't refund the difference if it is less
than the full credit and they don't pay for shipping.

Yea, I tried using my code today and it said that my code was not
found.

I called the epson settlement number which told me to call epson who
disconnected my once, then took all my info and said they will be
issuing my a new code by mail and it should arrive within 4 weeks. Not
like I've already waited over a year for this.

Bunch of horsesh*t if you ask me. I have an epson rx500, and I'm
pretty happy with it other than the lying ink cartridge thing. I'm
considering and inkwell system where all these tubes run from a set of
inkwells on your desk to where the cartridges plug in. Sure I'd still
be wasting ink, but the overall expense would be much smaller.

I placed 2 orders this morning for my $90 credit.
I had to disable my firewall for the site to allow the verification
page to come up. (where it asks for name and area code)

Received a call today from Epson "Corporate Relations" regarding the
complaint that ecodes for the ink settlement are not allowed to be
added together for a printer purchase.

Are any of you Epson users who were part of the class action suit? How
many have recieved more than one ecode? How many would like to add
together the credit due to you and use the total at one time for a
significant savings?

Please post so I can see how many this may effect. If you want to let
Epson know how you feel, call Pam Barnett at 562-981-3840.

Thanks,
Mitch
