It's subjective - but some such as JetTec are guaranteed. They are not the
cheapest at first glance - but maybe if you count the pages printed ? As
below.

I don't know if Jettec have had a faulty batch, but I've been having a lot
of trouble with them. I have been losing Colors and after a lot of messing
around (cleaning heads and wiping contacts), I have found that the reason
for this is that the cartridges are empty. My Printer Monitor tells me that
they are still 30% to 70% full and I have not yet activated the 30% Extra
feature. Where is the 30% Extra going to come from if they're actually empty
and not just reported as empty? One Yellow cartridge that I have is empty,
despite the fact that it is new and, after several cleans, reports that it's
around 70% full. I've never had any Yellow print from this cartridge.

The first few prints i got from these cartridges were excellent, but they're
going to work out more expensive than Genuine Epson if I have the same
trouble with future cartridges.

My Printer is an Epson Stylus Photo 950, so if anyone else is having
problems, make sure you check the faulty cartridge before wasting Ink in the
good ones by repeated cleaning.

Then something is obviously wrong. What did your supplier say when you
complained. As stated they are guaranteed - and faulty ones would be
replaced: as yet I haven't had any. That's 2,746 sales as of today so I'm
sure one is waiting in the wings. You would need obviously the order number
etc etc.

I haven't contacted my supplier.
I contacted Jettec, by email, looking for advice before I found the problem
was empty cartridges. They have yet to respond. Maybe they don't respond to
direct email, but the website contact was not working when I tried to use it
(some Database access error) so I emailed them directly with an address from
an earlier contact.
If I've heard nothing tommorrow I'll try the webform contact again.

Mick they - how shall I put this - don't always reply :-(
If you care to email me the details from one of the sites below USA or UK
I'll do my normal nasty dealer thing.
Where from - When, and precisely which cartridges (950/960 I understand ?
Tony.

Thanks for that!
I have contacted inkfactory.com (the supplier) and they have offered
replacement or refund.
