Epson CX5400 and Windows XP

I recently purchased an Epson CX5400 multi-device and am
having a problem with the printing preferences screen in
Windows XP Home Edition. When accessing this screen,
only 3/4 is visible and I do not have access to the
remainder without using key strokes. Epson has not been
able to provide me with a fix. Has anyone come across a
similar problem?

There is an utility download on the Epson site with a December 2003 time stamp, maybe
newer than what shipped with your printer. There is a driver as well, might check if
it is newer too.
