Have checked everything I can think of, the printer is talking to the
computer, all looks normal. But when I print a document (with no
color), only a few black dots in a line appear here and there where
print should be. I completed head cleaning, nozzle cleaning, etc. I
should mention that I changed two of the cartridges before the problem
occurred. I checked both cartridges (magenta and black), they looked
ok. Could it be this is being caused by a defective cartridge for
reasons that aren't obvious to me? I printed out a color document and
everything did print that was supposed to but all in yellow (which was
unlike the original document).
