epson cx3200 all in one usb conection wont print

I recently got a epson printer and cant get it to put ink
on the page. It acts like it printing but page comes out
blank. I don't have the disk. And besides that I cant seem
to access my add and remove programe file through control
panel. Any sugestions

Have you contacted Epson ??

Have you loaded the Epson drivers ??

Have you printed a test page to make sure that the ink
nozzles aren't clogged ??

This usually means you are out of ink or the print head is clogged. Remove
the print cartridges and se if they feel or look empty. Also inspect them
and see if they look clogged on the print head surface.
