Hello everyone,
I have tried recently to print photos on my Epson CX-6400 with original ink
cartridges on Epson Photo Premium Glossy Paper, and I had bad results in
High or Very High quality:
- a very granulous picture, especially on red and sunny parts, with a very
low definition on away parts
- vertical lines everywhere
- on photos taken inside, with the flash light, the colors are very dark,
and bodies & faces are very red.
After 2 days, these photos seem to be better, but still they are ugly...
I compared the same photos to ones printed with my Canon i560, on the Epson
paper, which were like argentic photos. That means it doesn't come from a
bad quality of the photos taken by my Canon Powershot...
I eventually cleaned the heads, aligned them and tested all automatic color
adjustements available and nothing changed...
Is all that so ugly because the CX-6400 is not designed for printing photos,
Does it come from the too glossy paper ?
Thanks for any help
and excuse my poor english, as it's not my mother's tongue...
