US citizens had access to a class action hitting Epson on a number of
grounds about a year or two ago. Those lawsuits are now completed and do
not indicate any admission of liability on the part of Epson, but, none
the less, Epson is paying out on some issues that were brought to class
action.
The terms of the Canadian action are, I believe, identical to the
previous class actions in the US in terms of requirements and payments.
To find the forms you need to fill to be eligible, go to the following
website:

I hope some of you will be able to take advantage of the negotiations
that are taking place.
At that website they also explain which purchase dates, ages and model
of printers which are eligible, and the amounts to be paid.
