Epson c64 usb and win 98

My son got one today and tried to install it and although the drivers
appear to have installed the printer just doesn't operate. He is using
other usb stuff so it's not the sockets. Any ideas anyone?

Did you install the driver ? If so, then check the cable- about 80% of
problems like this are the cable or connector.
