I've had the C1100 a few months now and have had 2 replacment units from
epson but still it's doesn't print straight. The whole print runs out. The
print is sometimes 2mm more to the left at the bottom than the top. I print
alot of small labels and this is very noticable. Does anyone know what the
problem is, because Epson certainly don't know.

If you are on your third unit it is either a poor design or maybe your paper.
Why are you sticking with this printer?

I have only had it a few months and can't afford to buy another one at the
moment. It's not the paper because it does it on all media types.

Try cleaning the wheels that put the paper thru. At least, this is what
was needed for an HP I had.
I used a damp rag.
Good luck.
