Trim 3mm all round from your print? ;-)
I am surprised at that - it worked here, giving borderless prints on
three sides but not the leading edge. Just install the 890 driver and
then select 890 from the print list and then select a borderless print
size. Remember, the driver for the 890 will only give a borderless
print if the image itself has the same aspect ratio as A4 - in other
words, it only expands the image enough to ensure two sides are
borderless: if the aspect ratio is wrong then the other two sides will
have a border.
Now the bad news - I would not recommend this unless you plan to spend a
lot of time cleaning the rollers and the inside of the printer after
every print. Borderless prints are achieved by expanding the image
enough to guarantee some overspray of the print edges - in the 890 there
are additional pads to collect that overspray from the leading and
trailing edges of the print (as well as the left and right A4 pads that
are there on the 870). So printing borderless on the 870 (or on the
1270 using 1290 drivers) results in a mess.
