epson 300 woes

I dunno iffin this is the correct place to post, but I sure do need some
help..

I've got two old macs and an XP box hooked up to a 4 port linksys router. I
just got an Epson 3000 wide format printer with a net card. I want to share
the printer and the internet with the three machines.

After learning how to network macs(never fooled with the things before) I
ran upstairs to quickly add the printer and the two macs to the XP's
network. Quick and easy, eh?

Nope..

I can't get XP to see anything past the router. to heck with the macs--- I
need the printer, but XP says nothing is there. I can't find its IP address
or anything.

Dead in the water...

If you can help, I'd certainly appreciate it.

Is there firewall software enabled on your router? If so there may be some
additional configuration on the linksys device.
