I inherited this Epson combination printer, scanner and copier a couple of
years ago and it has sat waiting for me to use it. Unfortunately when I
looked through all the paperwork and instruction books there was no CD to
install the software. I went to the Epson website and thought I had
downloaded the drivers but they are sitting on my desktop as "epson 10338"
and "FBTTWAIN." I have no idea how to use these as I thought once they
were on the hard drive they would be accessed by the printer. Is there a
way to get the original software in disk form? Thanks for your response.

Hi.

Have you downloaded both the Printer Driver and the Twain Driver for your
VERSION of Windows??

Epson10338 is a Twain Driver not a Printer Driver.

They should be Compressed Files, the icon has a picture of a joiners clamp.
Move them into a Folder and keep them safe, in case you need to re-install
again later.

You Simply Double click on them one at a time, and they will self install,
but Do NOT connect the printer until the Installer asks you to.
