Hi

Hopefully someone can kindly help me out.
I bought the printer in Aug 07 and this month it has started jamming the paper.
As you look at the printer it pulls it down from the right, but it doen't seem to grab on the left hand side and the paper keeps getting stuck.
I only use the printer about twice a month, so I can't believe its worn out already!
Does somone have an easy fix please??!

Try cleaning the rollers with a lint free cloth. What type of paper are you using?
 
Do you have the paper guides correctly adjusted to suit the paper size ??
