My team uses Powerpoint 2003, and the company has no plans to go the
Powerpoint 2007. When we Insert Picture from File and choose an EPS file, we
cannot view the graphic. We get a white box. The image prints out fine, but
it still makes it difficult.

Do the EPS files have TIFF previews? I believe PPT relies on that in order
to be able to show a preview of the EPS.

Apps are supposed to rely on the preview (PICT or TIFF on Mac, WMF or TIFF
on
PC) for displaying EPS.

PPT since 2002 doesn't always do that; it wants to make its OWN preview.

Hm. Some of the newer EPS things from Illo are really a relative of PDF
inside, aren't they? That'd certainly confuse PPT, I'd imagine.

Ahhhhhh, interesting.
