epia ex case for mythtv frontend

I am new to Mini-ITX so I am not aware if my question is "stupid" but
maybe not.
I plan to build a frontend for MythTV based on the cx700 board. Do
the
cubid case fit for this board or do I need something else. In
particular I think of "Morex Cubid 2688V" is this suitable for the
epia ex?
I read about that the board has a "TV Out Header for SCART". Do I
need
something special for a SCART "adapter"?
By chance someone knows an article, website, project where I can find
detailed information for a MythTV frontend based on the epia ex
board?

Best regards,
Mark

This is the closest I could get to a review for the case:

CX700 is the Northbridge. C7 is the processor type.

"1 TV out header for SCART and D-terminal (Optional)"

Manual for the EX series.

It is possible there is some interaction between the
provisioning of the SCART/D_Terminal header and the other
video capabilities. And that is why it is optional.
Maybe there would be a different model number, if the
connector was present ? Maybe they unsolder the video coax
if the SCART is present...

Logicsupply.com lists the EX series for sale, but in limited
quantity. So it must be pretty new.

If you look at that picture, the SCART header is next to the video coax
back panel connectors. Just the pads are visible in the picture. It is
a 2x10 with one pin missing for the key.

The Mini-ITX.com store is pretty good about listing what cases
are compatible with the motherboards they sell. But they haven't
listed the EX yet, so no info available there. The heatsink assembly
on that board, might have a say in what cases will work.

I saw a documentation (see below) for DIY assembly of an s-video +
audio to SCART adapter lately. Do you think this will have the same
quality as "the optional SCART header" on the board. Does the SCART
header (in case it is there) provide the same signal as the s-video +
audio output.
